Map Switching Between Different IP's

The title basically explains that. I started playing on a server named "Kittykat's server". The land was griefed, no one was on, and it was plain survival, but I still played it. Anyways, a player joins from a different IP which redirected to the map/server I was on (They were redirected by "WiseMonk's World"). A few days or weeks later, "Kittykat's server" shuts down, but the map is still reachable via "WiseMonk's World". Afterwards, the WiseMonks server redirected to their old map, leaving the one I had been playing on lost. My sister then discovered another IP that lead to the previous map. The server name was "Beth Am JLC". I accessed the map through that IP for a few days until it also shut down.
I was just going through the minecity IP's to see if I can find a server that redirects to the map, and I did. The server name is now "MintyWind Survival City". 

This seems to be an issue which is why I decided to post about it, also to see if there's anyway I can create the server with that map instead so it doesn't get lost.
